Tires for 1500 megacab

I need tires for my 06 1500 megacab. Currently the tire size is 275 70 18.
What size can I get without modifying the suspension? Thanx in advance!

Certainly a 295, and possibly 305 or 315. How close are you to rubbing your 275s on there now? And how about at full lock either way?

I've seen some guys running 315/70/17's with stock suspension.

Thanks for the responses, unfortunately I needed tires real bad and found someone who just bought a 2016 ram 2500. They had it lifted and bought new rims and tires, so I bought his take offs for a total of $600!!! I could not pass that up!!
