I am looking for a black one for an 04 short box hard top/lid.

And cheap sites or gently used ones? I seem like I can't find any under a grand. Don't really feel like spending that much or is that about right?

You can get either the black ABS Undercover or the painted glossy fiberglass Ranch Legacy for under $1000 at Truck Addons. I just bought a trifold soft cover from them.

I had found the one I have on my 05 in a classifieds/trader. Just lucked out one day and came across it. It is an ARE and I got it for 400, paid another 100 and got it painted black.
