What kind of hardware did you use to fasten them?
And which wire did you splice into to provide power?
Did you also splice them into a turn signal wire so they blink when you have the blinker activated?
the lights i used have a shaft that you have to drill a hole for in the mirror for them to slide into the mirror, i drilled the hole so that it was a super snug fit to push them into, also the LEDs i used had double sided adhesive on them for backup.
for power i tapped into the parking lights behind the headlight and ran the wires to the mirrors, i never set mine up to blink simply because i think its pointless, also LEDs are single filament bulbs as opposed to the turn signals up front which have a parking light and a separate turn signal filament, so i kept it simple and made mine parking lights, some people use diodes and controllers to make the mirror LEDs dim for parking lights and then get brighter for signals but as a clearance light i want them at full brightness otherwise whats the point?
there is a simple way to make them flash with your signals and be lit with your parking lights, but if you do it the simple way, the LEDs would only blink if your lights are turned on, so during the day when you run no lights they wouldnt do anything but at night when your parking lights are on they would be illuminated when the lights are on and blink when the signal is on, both at full power
