So when I go to use my brakes, I get a annoying squeak. I was wondering would it be safe to shoot some white lithium grease on the parts that make it move?

On the pedal assembly itself? It won't hurt anything if you spray a little on the hinge/pivot inside the truck.

Yea somewhere on the inside assembly it's making it. I haven't got to check it out thoroughly but I know it's coming from inside, and not when I'm lightly braking in beginning, it's when you push down on it to come to complete stop.
