I'm not sure if dodge has this feature. All the vehicles i have had prior to my ram now has had the feature to were if I did not want to run the air I could turn it to the off position as far as the fan goes. I would turn the position to let the air flow from the outside. As i drove it would flow that way.

Anybody have any idea what I talking about?

The hvac controls runs the blower motor. If it is off, nothing will move like silverstreak said. There are just too many turns and areas in the ac box for air to flow in and through. I don't have ac currently because of a leaking evaporator core. The windows rolled down seem to allow air to flow nicely, especially at 80. Lol
