Not possible that I know of. They have a totally different interior bus system than the older rams have. With enough money I'm sure you can make anything work though!

They stuck the can-bus system in all ram trucks in 06. If you truck is a later model 05 then there is a possibility that it has the can-bus system. But I do not know if the cluster can be interchanged between years when they change the bodystyling or not. From 06 to 09 most electronic things work between trucks, from 10-12 not exactly sure just what could have been changed. A bit of research would be in order.
