Easiest & Cheapest way to convert to Leather

I was looking at a few options, but I wanted to get suggestions on what would be the easiest but cheapest way to convert my seats to leather?

I know of katskinz but I wanted other suggestions?

Not that I know of... I think I know one but they use katskinz

There isn't a cheap way

Call the local junk yards too. Every now and then you'll find a complete set for a 1/2 decent price.

Does it have to be leather? Mine are vinyl, looks just like leather, more durable, lasts longer, less to maintain....and cheaper.

I had better luck with leather. No cheap way you get what you pay for. I want some with kick ass Cummins logo embroidered into the head rest.

trust me i know all to well...all he did was bid and he forgot then he got the email, had to strip the cloth off and just stretch the leather over....

I couldn't tell the difference between the vinyl I used on the center console of my 08 over the "leather" that came stock on the truck.
