How easy is it to change the trim pieces? I hate the fake wood trim pieces.

I think it's not terribly hard, you just have to be careful not to break any of the plastic.

You could take them off, lightly sand and paint them with Krylon Fusion.

If you want a better finish than spray paint (you can get a really, really good finish if you know what you are doing and have DAYS to let the paint cure), check around for a local place that does hydrographics. They might have a nice brushed aluminum pattern or something else that piques your interest.

They also make all kinds of interior trim appliques that won't set you back an arm and a leg.

I found a radio bezel, but not finding anything for the door piece.
What is it called? I've not been successful searching door bezel or door trim.

tin foil, yes, definitely tin foil. But seriously, I would look into either hydro-dipping or vinyl-wrapping. Krylon can look good if you use a wide spray tip but its rather permanent. You could also use a coat of plasti-dip then paint over it so theoretically it would peel off at a later date, but many folks are iffy about plasti-dip. Any decent body shop, or "tuner" shop should def have other methods available to check out.
