All I had time to do today was the cluster and hvac. Still have the film to put on, do headlight switch, and overhead.
I have a few ****** pics from my blackberry but for those who have done the swap, does the needle for the gauge for the battery still light up? Im having trouble getting that one to light up.
Maybe the led's need to be turned 180 but its very hard to tell if it has changed after ungplugging everything and turning it around and plugging it back in, after awhile it gets hard to tell if the lights have changed lol.
And when I get the film to do the rest I will go in and fix the led by the 70 and 80 and theres one on the hvac I noticed

the dash, hvac, overhead will now match my leds by your feet and my dvd player. my map lights and dome lights match my hids and tag lights :naughty:

the blue on the gauges is dark, like the same color as the leds on the floor, just looks a little lighter in the pic.

that is looking awesome. something else i did was get a little strip and mounted it to the top of the cubby hole under the hvac controls. i love it.

but wont the cupholders hit the strip when you close them?

no they are actually stuck to the top inside of the cubby right beneath the hvac controls. i got the optix strips from advance auto the are 3" by a 1/4 and have double sided tape on them i just wired them into the cupholder lights

blue in here. i had to drill a little hole to put the wires through but it was way smaller than the hole i put there for my hella switch. smiley face

yeah i looked on the advance auto web site but couldnt find them. i got the 3" strip they have 3 lights on each one and come in a pack of two. i put both of them in there. they have different lengths too. 9" and 18"

Okla..My wallet hates you but I love you man lol bout to leave the house and head to advanced.
My truck didnt come with the factory cup holder light but it has a little plug where it goes so do you just tie into that? Is the factory cup holder only on when the parking lights or headlights are on?
