not khaki........but hopefully this gets you closer. 1CH84BD5AB - that is the part number from the slate gray one I bought for my 08. Dealer might be able to get closer with that?

not sure if they will fit a 02-05? But, I liked mine on the 08 - sure cleaned things up!

I have the leather flaps also, kinda torn weather I would want the hard plastic more or less if given the option.
