Little panel removal???

Does this the little panel below the vent shown just pop out or ???? I want to put a dual USB outlet in it. Have not had time to look into removal, thought I would post up here.

It's screwed on from the back; easy to remove once the whole panel is off. There will be a harness socket for a passenger air bag switch stuck in it-just tape the end and re-locate as necessary. I used that blank insert for heated seat controls.
