How easy would it be to go from manual seats to electric? I found a good deal on 4th gen front seats, only issue is driver side is electric and mine isn't.

There is a better than even chance there is an unused harness under your driver seat/carpet. Then you'll just need to match up the connectors. Then you should just need the relay in the box to energize the circuit. Did this successfully in a Jeep not all that long ago.
