Ok, so I took my cluster apart to put in blue LEDs. After I got everything put back together I noticed that my speedometer stays at 4-5mph when I'm sitting still. Then I noticed that when I'm driving, instead of the needle smoothly moving, it actually jumps up every 5mph or so. Does the same thing when decreasing also. Does anyone know why its doing this after disassembling the cluster, and how to fix it? It is a 2004 4.7

When you took the cluster apart, did you have to remove the needles from the cluster? If so, did you put one of them on too tight/far down?
