Steering wheel wont lock. Gear display wont show up on dash. Therefor truck wont start.please help

Open the steering wheel column covers, check the wiring in there.
There are also issues with the circuit pathways on the back or the instrument cluster. With time the plastic backing become brittle and breaks which also breaks the circuit continuity.
The circuits can be repaired in some cases with a jump wire and some solder, and where soldering cannot be accomplished, you can use Window defrost repair liquid. With some care, and a little patience it is easy to do.

OK I think it's the starter multi relay but can't locate where that is on my 07 Dodge 1500 I've looked everywhere even on line..nothing comes up¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!""""""""!!!!!!!!
