Just mocked up for now, awaiting my decision on a camshaft before I bolt the heads up.
Got my new coil setup situation with the new covers. Painted her Chrysler Hemi Orange. She's looking pretty sweet. Can't wait to drop it in.

Haha thanks everyone. Well I'm not sure about the numbers. I need to figure out Wich cam I'm gonna run. Then find some longtubes and get my tuner to get her all tuned up with the Diablo. I need to fix the rear limited slip clutches. The guy before me changed the gears in it. And then later down the road I'll build up the trans.
I'd like it to be a 400whp truck eventually. We shall see lol

Imo the cam options for these trucks have come quite a ways over the last couple years. The 268 is a good proven off the shelf cam, but I would look into having a custom cam made.

You'll never hit 400 rwhp with out head work. Look into Big Valve Heads. Have them milled to raise the compression.

Atxhemi it'll be a daily. If I don't hit 400 I'll be ok. I can also put a blower on it and run lower boost for a while until I can build something else. It'll be a pretty sweet street truck none the less. But I got he cam and new lifters in, got my 6.1 springs in, I'm about to start swapping them out here soon.

Anyone know if I'll need shims for the 6.1 springs on the 5.7 heads? I haven't really read anything about it but a friend was asking me. Just wanna make sure before I slap them all together

400whp na on a 5.7 will be a tall task. You'll still have a quick lil truck tho, if I had to guess I'd say my truck puts down 315whp give or take. We got a real handicap with the 545
