03 TMR Mod link

Does anyone have a link to the DIY TMR mod? I did mine years ago and have forgotten the details. The search feature has failed to locate anything. Trying to help out a guy and locate the information for future reference.

Greg, There is one (DIY) on the other place! Disconnect the Yellow wire that is clearly marked as Pin # 10 on the underside of that Box on the Rear of the Passenger fender. After unplugging it and confirming the Pin/Wire use a real small screwdriver to push out the pin easily from the underside out the top, that way you do not damage the wire or connector should you decide to hook it up again. The DIY was helpful and had good pics. It was an easy 5-10 Minute Job. I'll check my Stick and see if I have it on there for ya.

Danny, I finally found it. I did mine years ago and have forgotten the details so when a fellow 03 owner asked I started searching and got nothing. Finally found it using Yahoo search and it directed me to the link in the other forum. Unbelieveable how poor these forum search engines are.

I read the Tech Response on your other thread and So I got it pretty well right off the top of my head (except for the stripe colour)! I do got pics somewhere and will look right now and then post up on your other new Post! (What??? did I contaminate this thread??...LOL)

Edit: Checked my stick and don't have the pics anywhere. With those instructions on the other Post the Guy is good to go. Will keep lookin though.

I have an 04 so I can't do it, but would you be able to hook up a switch to the wire so you could just turn it on and off?

Oh, they do make one for you newer guys, it's called a SC3865......
