On first try, truck cranks over, starts for 1 second then whoosh quits. Every attempt after if you pump gas pedal a bunch, you get same result.swapped out ETC, tested IAT(OK) fuel pump fuse(ok) Fuel pump relay(ok)45PSI at fuel rail, most tests on MAP sensor are done with running engine, I do know it is getting power and ground. Any ideas? OBD2 scan tool says dtc code p0113 which is iat sensor. Sensor is getting 5 volts, bench test says it works correctly(hair dryer test with ohm meter) obd says iat temp is 57 which is correct, tells me sensor is sending correct voltage back to ecm, any ideas?

Wait after that first start where it died did the truck ever turn back on for another split second then die again? Or just nothing after that?
