I have a 02 quad cab 4.7 ram. What are good mods to do to this beast to get more power? All I have is a flowmaster exhaust on it, have no idea what model of flowmaster but need to replace soon anyway.

You have a few options for bolt-on upgrades as well. For the intake, I would just go with the Airaid MIT replacement tube. This connects directly to your factory airbox, but replaces the restrictive factory tubing...

Would splurging on a CAI like a S&B be stupid?

Unfortunately, S&B does not offer an intake system for the 4.7's. I would put that money towards the Superchips as it will give you the best bang for buck gains.

I'm always looking for proformace ideas on my 07 4.7. When I get the money ill get a superchips and then maybe headers.
