Where can I find some nice HO cams? I've been looking and no one seems to offer any for the 4.7 or they discontinued it

I was thinking getting struck by lightening.... twice in one day.... in doors.

If you are determined and have money contact North Coast Camshafts in Cleveland, Ohio. They can do custom grinds.

Yeah unfortunately they discontinued them and they became unobtanium...custom grinds would still be the cheaper way to go considering what an actual decent set would end up costing.

Look for an old Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4.7 HO motor, take the cams and junk the rest.

Because the 4.7HO (260hp) was discontinued. The regular 4.7 kept going until 2007, when it was redesigned for 2008 (310hp). I have heard the 08+ cams are comparable to HO's, you might give that a try. That version lasted into the 4th gen truck.

If you do a Google search for 4.7 to 4.6 intake you'll find a few threads about adapting an Eaton 112 supercharger to the 4.7, I know that mightnot be the direction you want to go but it's an option
