Im thinking about trading up from my AEM wideband to the SR series AI but im courious if my 5plug bosch o2 will work on the AI or if I will have to drop the 190 for the AI kit. I know a few of yall have got em on here so I figured I would ask before I make a decesion. I like the ability to check everything that this setup does and 250-290 aint to bad.

Not sure if I got the question right, but if your current wide band has a 5vdc output it will work with the AI.

Ok I was not sure if the plug in the back would be the same or not. Looking at the kit there showing what appears to be a read back or memory like the LC-1 has where as the AEM is direct hook up.

Here's mine. It shows only the gage connected. I don't have a later picture of the wideband connected. But the AI came with a little connection wire for extra sensors to be plugged in. It was very simple. As you probably know the AI will accept two external 5vdc sensor inputs.

there are 3 wires in the back in addition to whats shown there. two of them are for accessory 5vdc inputs, and the 3rd one is for power on some vehicles (i.e. the 03... most others shouldnt need to use the 3rd wire since the power comes through the OBDII)

Im kicking around the idea now to pick up a dual pod from Troy over on DT and then stack my AEM and the AI with the AI tracking knock, trans temp, fuel trims and doing 0-60 and 1/4 times.

You wont be disappointed with the ai, I love mine. It does use the bosh2 sensor so if your aem just has a single cable hookup with a 5v connector you'll should be good to go. I can take a pick of my sensor after I get off tomorrow if you want to double check yours to compair.

You need the wideband sensor with a 5v output. AI uses the newer Bosch wideband O2. Then you just program the AI to read the voltage increases for the display. Its easier to setup than it is to explain it lol

Just look and see if someone carries a replacement for the bosch wideband. Thought moes had them at one point so you could try to pull the part number from there and look around
