Do you Guys Have such a thing in the US as HIGH MILEAGE 5W30 Designed for vehicles will 72 K miles or Higher (Its a Canadian Thing Anyhow) thats what I use in my ol Girl with 150K Miles +.

BTW: Royal Purple in Canada is 15 Bucks a Litre (Quart) x 6.6 = expensive but I am contemplating getting some for my Magnum after the Cam Breakin, that way it would last 12 months given the amount I drive the Car. Sorry OP...For Hoggin your Thread.

Yes, we do...we used to blend, package and ship the Advance Hi Mileage label of oils along with all their other oils, when we had the Advance Auto Parts contract.

To the original poster...I have been working in the oil business for 13 years now. These days, there really aren't any BAD oils...it will all comes down to personal preferance, rather than hard data. One thing I can say is this though...if you are now using a conventional and are 100% certain you have no oil leaks, go with a semi synthetic. Like Castrol High Mileage. If you have leaks, get them repaired...synthetic oil molecules are much smaller than conventional and will find leaks quicker.

I run Mobil 1 in both of my trucks. I would use Amsoil but I wanted something readily available on a store shelf that I don't have to buy in bulk.
Oh and my Ram has almost 174,000 and the F150 has 112,000 miles on the clock. No harm in running synthetics in either.

I have 116,000 and use valvoline syn power full synthetic, currently they have a promotion for 300,000 mile guarantee if you have less than 125,000 miles.. So far 2 oil changes and its been fine..

Mobil 1 in my Ram and the Pilot. Not just motor oil either. Rear end, front end, and transfer.

Mobil 1 oil filters too!

Yup!

Mine is Castrol syntec. Has always served me right with every engine that ive built and every stock engine ive ran it in. Ive put a lot of miles and several engines on the castrol diet and I dont feel comfortable with anything else.

Amsoil in every motor I own including my boat which is 2 stroke. I feel it really is as good as they say. I cannot go back to Mobil it made my Durango tick and did not do it with Valvoline. I don't work in oil factory but studies show there is a difference in oils and although none may be bad if they are not the best then I don't see why I would want to buy them.
