I just won a bid on eBay for a bfi cai for 50.00 and was wondering if it was a good deal and if there any good im somewhat new to the performance world and i need some insight. I also just bought a diablosport intune i2 and i installed the diablosport tune with the mds turned off i like it so far but i was wondering with the cai and flowmaster exhaust will i need to change any parameters or can i just leave it on the diablotune thanks in advance btw i run 93 octane and have a 07 5.7 1500b81b0b6fbc42f37dbbb04b69c4bede2d.jpg

That's a steal for that intake, on the truck boards it'll normally go for ~$250 last time I saw one for sale. Very low production numbers but probably the best intake for the 3rd gen hemi Ram

Lol! Yep it says it a #0051 is that just a production run number? If you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for yours and do they have a mounting bracket i didnt see any in the pics the guy had he didnt mension it coming with any either.

They were all numbered, yours is the steel tube but at the end carbon fiber ones were being made. The carbon ones came with a bracket but the steel ones didn't IIRC, most guys just made their own and have it hang off the passenger's side frame using a crew clamp

That is awesome. I've been running a bfi for about 8 years on my 2008.
Yea im stoked to get it on! did you notice a big diff in horsepower when you installed yours?

I've had it for so long now I don't really remember what it was like before it lol but it does have a lot of get up and go when I get on it, and the roar under the hood sounds awesome.
