It's been done, but it's quite involved. Firstly, the PCV is internal to the intake manifold, so you'd have to pick up an PCV external one, I believe the one from a (3.7L?) Vortec works well. Then you'll need to drill out the valve cover and install the PCV there. Once that's done, seal off the OEM PCV using RTV. You now have an external PCV, install catch can and plumb as normal.

Why do you need to mess with the stock PCV at all? Just install a catch can in the hose running to the intake. PCV will function as normal, but any oil blown passed will simply not make it to the intake.

Do a search on this forum. I think there are a lot of threads about it.
