Decided to ditch the idea of Borla, I'm not spending $150+ on a muffler.....smh. I want deep, and loud. Watched a few clips with Rams with the Cherry Bomb Extreme, but they were on stock trucks. Any1 run this muffler, and could give me an idea of how it would sound with my setup?

Can you elaborate on your 'setup'?

Do you have to run a muffler where you live? If you want deep and loud, I would just run without one.

I drove my 03 hemi around for 2 years with just pacesetter longtubes with no cats and no muffler.

If you do this please post a video, I would love to hear it! I myself am thinking of putting cherry bomb extreme mufflers on my mine. My only difference with yours is I'm gonna run them out the side before the rear tire and have them as an true dual

I ordered a Gibson SS Super Truck cat back exhaust system that exits out the passenger side in front of the tire. Same setup I have now only I purchased the truck with the current setup, so I have no idea what brand muffler is installed, it is single in/single out with dual oval tips. I plan to install stainless steel headers, cats, and Y pipe in a kit next. I am looking at $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 for this system. I will have to save up for that system.

Damn! Lol I drove mine with the LT and y pipe for about 15 miles to the muffler shop after installing headers and there's no way I could drive it without some kind of muffler!!

I have cuouts right after the Y. I dont have to worry about emissions, but the wife hates riding with me with cutouts open, so will need a muffler. Maybe Spintech?

I have the Cherry Bomb Extreme and resonators removed. It sounds awesome. I wanted to hear the exhaust over the Mud Tire noise and this did the trick. I can answer any specific Cherry Bomb questions you have.

I plan on putting one up soon - I only have a smart phone so speaker quality obviously wont do justification. Maybe this weekend.

RamED what does yours sound like in the cab with the windows up? I just bought the extreme and it's getting put on next week. This is my first gas truck I've had 2 different cummins straight piped in the last 6 years. So I want it loud but not over barring.
