cutout installed!

well got it finally installed this morning. had a hiccup and well the first one i ordered the wrong one... i ordered it from raceland, and i will say, their customer service is awesome! probably the best i have encountered.
i went ahead and just had it welded on. weld took about 30 minutes and only cost me $50. overall i am very pleased. first thing my sister said "you made the house shake" its loud! i thought my exhaust was loud before. idle shakes the bed so much. little rev shakes the entire truck. had him put a tip on it to direct the exhaust out to the passenger side. ill get a sound clip up sometime soon. it is mean as all get out! very pleased with this mod!

trying to find my camera but no luck might have to do through phone... it might be to loud/deep for my phone.

Nice.... if you think its loud now, add a set of headers to the mix, LT's make it much much louder and deeper.... then add a cam and all you can do is

One suggestion though, if the cutout was moved futher back, you would still get the LOUD sound from it, but you wont get droned out of the cab. That is one thing I have found with both of the ones I have had. I rarely close mine anymore and I get very little drone.

now with LTs do i need to cut off part of the exhaust so they will fit?

With lts your entire exhaust setup has to move back about 18" so your y pipe/cats if you keep them and everything else would need to be adjusted/cut to make room

i got 2 other videos uploading with the camera in the cab. can hear the difference in the cab the most IMO.

my dad came back into town today and didnt know anything about me getting a cutout. picked him up from the airport and as soon as we got off the high way i opened it. every older guy ive shown have said the same thing " brings back memories" did most cars actually sound like this back in the day?
