I have a Raceland Electric cutout.

When I push the button on key fob to open it, I can hear the module click, but it doesn't open.

Do you think it's just stuck with all that exhaust gunk underneath?
Can I used like brake cleaner or something?

With the exhaust cool, get under the truck and try to move the valve with your hand as you press open/close on the remote. Chances are the motor on the cutout itself went bad. If it's within 2 years, call Raceland and they will send you a new motor for free and only takes a couple minutes to change.

I know Raceland will have you check to see if you have 12v to the connector for the motor, if you do and don't here the motor engage then chances are the motor is bad. If the don't cover you under warranty I have a extra Raceland motor that we can make a deal on.
