Hello, i bought my wife a 2006 1500 with the 4.7L V-8 we are starting the process of the build, we were planning on forced air induction later down the road, but for now we are upgrading the exhaust. what are yalls thoughts on shorty vs long tube headers. She wants to keep that low dodge growl but make it one hell of a loud truck.

Long tubes give better performance over the whole rpm band. Short tubes are mostly at the higher end and for sound.
