i've been under it and felt around were the exhaust was put on and it's not leaking around any of the welds. it was doing it before i had the exhaust put on, but with the way i had it rigged i couldn't tell if it was the manifolds, exhaust, engine....... kinda hope it's not "the tick"

what do ya'll think?

That has a real soft "hissy" kind of sound to it. I'm thinking exhaust leak.

Sounds like exhaust to me as well. Tha ''Hemi tick'' is exactly as it sounds a tick or maybe a rapping noise. but very punctual (if you will). That sound you posted has a definate air leak to it. Also the tick is noticeable more on the left side (driver side) than on the other. At least it is with mine. Good luck with the diagnosis. Thats about all I have.

yeah although i can hear the tick in mine more on the passenger side than the drivers side. Doesn't sound anything like your vids...probably exhaust as others mentioned.
