I just inherited my father-in-laws 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi. It has 245,000 miles. Never had the plugs or wires or any type of tune up done. I am just now starting to get a slight right idle. What all would you recommend to replace for the tuneup. I have the plugs and wires and coil on boots. Anything else that I should consider?
