help RAdiator leaking

right above the main intake hose of my radiator there is a short black tube that sticks out with a rubber nipple and a clamp on it. that rubber cap has dry rotted and everytime i start my truck antifreeze drips out. i was wondering if anyone knows the name of this part.

i figured it out its a vaccum cap 3/8. Its for a transmission warmer? idk all i know is it dry rotted and was leaking fluid
