I want to install a block heater on my 03 1500 hemi. But i cant find one for the 03 all of the ones i have found say that are for 04 and up will they still work? Here is the part number i have found 82208937.

Shoot 03MopaRamman a PM and see what PN heater he is using in his 03. He is up north and I know he has it on the truck.

Yeah just changed the cord last year. 57 bucks. Will call my guy and check Number.

The part number you listed is the correct one for an 03. It comes complete with the cord. General rule is we up here plug in our vehicles when it hits -20 celcious or colder (ya metric). Its a dry fit heater which is located drivers side behind the engine mount.

No probs....LOL.....its 4 below Zero KG, doesn't sound that cold though......but -40 is -40 in both and thats when the rebuilt calipers leak fluid past the piston.......three years in a row until I got dealer NEW ones.....

I can picture there being a slew of issues due to cold weather.
