I bought one for my Jeep a long time ago
same experience as above, couldnt really tell any difference
took it out for awhile, put it back in - cant really tell its there.
luckily I bought it used, I'd be extra unhappy if I had paid full price for it

About six or seven years ago, a buddy of mine who owned a performance shop at the time ran before and after dynos on I think it was either an '02 or '03 Chevy 5.3L with the Jet Chip installed. It LOST 3 HP...

Agreed!!! forum rocks. still not sold on the tuner mod though. I don't doubt the gains but i'm not sure it's necessary for daily driving. Now if I could get a tune that would give me about 3-5 mpg with all the prices going up on gas that might be worth it. But a tired 4.7 with only stock 235 hp not sure i'll see much back for my investment.
