What is the rear end geared at? Also, I guess trans gearing? Mileage?

I love using my nitrous! you just need to make sure you get that downshift before he does...^^^^ and hes right there is a huge weight diff!

I remember a guy trying to race me in a 5spd Silverado. After I beat him he says "I got a Durango that will beat that ram" after making excuses how his 22s are why he lost in his Silverado. Trying to bet me money, I should have took him up on it. Can't imagine many 1g durangos running low 13s

That's funny because I was gonna mention rim size in my list of reasons why the OP may have lost.

Dunno what year of Silverado you're talking about but I had a 2001 2wd ext cab with the 5.3L and 4spd 4L60E or something like that with 18" rims and I know for a fact it wouldn't outrun my RAM either lol.

My mechanic has a 1st gen durango and its damn fast. Only thing is, its a built motor putting 800 ft/lbs to the tires lol. Thing runs 10s
