yeah..........I read the slaughter on RFZ. Holy ****, what a ***********.
I'll say this - when I worked for him, we discussed customer service a LOT. Its what I do.......and there was just too much "stuff" going on where the excuses always flew. I hated it, and finally threw in the towel.
The composite BFI was supposed to be out last Nov-Dec.........and it was "released" in Oct this year - but nobody has one yet. Reading the 2 thread over there just brought back a LOT of memories. I see how these guys are laying into him, he REALLY needed to update them - thats the part they are really mad about, well - and waiting so long with a different excuse everyday.
