Unfortunately, unless you plan on drilling into your valve cover, you won't be able to install one on your truck. The 3rd gens have an internal PCV that makes using a catch can almost impossible.

Nah no catch can.

Though I've been talking with my buddy and said we could just drill each valve cover and run a breather filter from each and that would help. So that may happen in the future.

Catch Can on a 3g... this is how I did mine. I modified the PCV to vent straight to the crank case eliminating the PCV function. The vent hose then goes to the catch can. From the oil fill tube which also vents to the crank case goes also to the Catch can. And finally the vent hose to the intake tube provides progressively more draw as rpm increases.
