Need help with a cel

I posted this in my header thread but it was getting long so I decide to make a new one. As i'm sure most of you know I just installed pacesetter long tube headers and i'm running no cats. I'm getting this cel and need some help to figure out what to do. I did the spark plug fouler trick on the rear O2s but I still get this code.

I thought you found the sensor wire pulled loose.

did you use 2 plug foulers per rear sensor with steel wool stuffed in between? I also run LT's with no cats..and no codes..

Yes I did find the sensor pulled loose, I just decided to make a new thread about the code since people didn't have to read through a bunch of pages on the other thread.

Yep 2 plug foulers and i'm about to go stuff some steel wool in between them right now.

Your sensor failed the heater test, not a reading of gasses.
