2003 1500 QCSB Laramie 5.9 auto. I need to find the correct pre cat O2 sensor. I bought a NTK 23139. 2 parts store say its the correct one as does NTK web site. The wire is at least 12" short, maybe more. When I realized the wire was too short I did not take the old one out. The darn wire connection is above he tranny so I do not know exact length of wire needed. 2002 calls for same one, I assume it must be wrong also. Has anybody replaced theirs and know a part #. It only has 2 O2 Sensors.
Thanks

Mopar part # cross references to the NTK I already have. Will have to call dealer and have them check wire length. From rockauto, the mopar is over 4x the cost of NTK

Is your exhaust stock? Your current O2 sensors might have a wire extension. The folks in the 2nd Gen section might know more.

Stock exhaust, I followed the wire from the sensor up and over the tranny and felt the plug up there, no wiring extension. I might stop by parts store and check put a 2001 sensor for wire length. I would assume the sensors all do the same thing just gotta figure out the wiring. Parts guy said yesterday get a Bosch universal with different plug adapters, i do jot like that idea

The Bosch O2 sensors are the ones that several people have had trouble with, at least on the Hemi. I'd stick with the NTK. Your truck is an '02 right? Post and sig say 2003.
