Need help with SC advanced trans tuning

So I am trying to tun the shift schedule but when I click on it it tells me to load a file or cancel. Loading a file doesn't work. What should I do?

Don't you have to buy Adv. Trans. Tuning separate on the SuperChips?

Yes it is already purchased or that button wouldn't be there.

So you physically entered all the mph values for each TP for each gear into the vivid? You proceed to tune and this message is what you get?

Is your truck currently tuned with a vivid canned tune?

Yeah. I did the advanced 91 tune on the vivid.

I must say I am a bit stumped on this one but I do recall seeing that particular screen shot you posted and it is for storing shift schedules, I believe you can store up to 14 different shift schedules and that is where you go to load one pre made schedule. All I can think of is there must be another way to enter the values initially. I will try to fool around with mine and see if I can come up with a solution in the next day or two.

Sweet. Thanks! I may give SC a call tomorrow. It does that on all of the custom tuning buttons for the new advanced trans features

So frustrating. All it will let me pick is superchips or stock. When I hit custom it goes to the screenshot I posted.

Well I talked to Superchips this morning. After spending about 30min on the phone, I was asked to send the pic that I had posted on here to them. They then gave me a claim # and said they would look into it. No call back and now they are closed. I

took it upon my self to go ahead and try updating the unit again and it said I had the latest version. From the store with the unit hooked up it says that I have everything installed.

Then I tried to return it to stock , which it did fine. Then I reinstalled the 91 octane tune and went to advanced, on shift schedule and the other 2 advanced trans options it had 3 selections, superchips, stock, and custom. When selecting custom on any of the 3 the screenshot that I posted would come up exactly the way it shows in the picture. So I selected superchips values for all 3 of the selections and pressed program.

Tried it a couple of times and at the end after it would say you are now programed with the 91 octane tune it would force close the vivid app.
