What was the deal? I own a Flashpaq and a Vivid. The Flashpaq has never failed me, the Vivid has never worked for me. Force close, confusing, the problems are endless with the Vivid.

Just set it up this morning. Pissed to say the least! Went to put the 91 tune and there was no advanced trans tune available. Tried to update on the computer and the trans tune option needed to be purchased again! These guys are a joke. Even expected me to pay for shipping for them to repair the unit and it still force closed when I got it back!
