Ol'e number 3

Was looking through one of the sheds for some parts and came across and old memory. Number three piston that let go sand racing the other year. Top ring land cracked, kinda scary that there is not alot of metal there.

Its a good keep sake I think. We joked about making it a pen holder at one time. I give it this the cam allowed the valves to clear the parts of the piston to keep the cylinders fine and it drove back home.

^How the **** that happen lol, was it a wrist pin failure or crank journal or the rod just come apart? Please tell me you have a pic of that.
