I heard it was a good Cam, but the 260 will stall on an 03 (Idle not adjustable fulltime) so for that reason I had to cross it off my list, but you have the best Non-MDS year 05 and it should work good with an SC like Nick says. IMO a Good Cam for a Heavy QC! If you have a SC however then you should consider a higher RPM Cam such as the 268.

Should work fine on the Diablo IMO. I run SC only because the Diablo has its limits on an 03, but for your Truck you got options of custom tune if you wish as you add more components.

Actually "IF" he had an SC, he would have to get rid of it or buy an SCT to stack the SC with in order run a 268, you have to have a custom tune to run the 268.

OP - The 260 should work fine on your truck, heavy truck needs more lowend tq and the 260 should get you that nicely, and since you have a DSP already, should it not idle right you can bump up the idle to get it to run better. Just check the specs on the 260, that will tell you if it should run right or close to it on the dsp tunes.
