Opinions - Engine I'm selling

I have an 03 hemi ram motor im looking to sell. It has 217k on it. It runs great now. Could use a refresh and a head job. What do u think it can be sold for as it sits?

I'm interested in selling it but I don't know what I should be asking for. Would make a great build motor for someone.

Lots of miles an the worst year as for reliability(head springs) that's about all I got

Didn't realize the 03 was so in reliable. This is an original 217. I don't believe it's had a single amount of work done aside from oil changes and coolant
