Overheating issue

Overheating issue...PLEASE HELP

I recently just replaced my lower radiator hose on my 2007 1500 because it was leaking and now whenever i start my car it overheats after like 2 mins. I filled everything back up with coolant and i dont know what im doing wrong.... HELP:3681700201_eef6d1e2

whenever I do mine, i'll turn the heater temp all the way up while its running and keep squeezing the upper hose (with radiator cap off) and topping it off as it gets to higher temps...

So take the radiator cap off, start truck, turn hot air on, squeeze upper hose, and turn it off when it starts to overheat?
