I have to disagree. I used White Lightning and it took months to get my tune. Emails went unanswered. He would send me a couple of tunes and ask me to data log. I did that the same day and sent it back only to wait over a month for a reply. This happened a few times. Don't get me wrong...his tunes rock but his customer service sucks. I'm not a guy that likes to complain on these sites about people or products but when i pay for a service I expect the service to be completed in a timely manner.
I bought my Intune in April and he still hasn't finished my tune. I will be switching to Hemi Fever and give him a shot.

I've had probably 15+ ppl come to me telling me how much slower their truck was after his tune, then when they would email and call back cause their afr's where in the 10's and 11's he would tell them that it would take time to learn and then stop responding to them, he gives everyone damn near the same base conservative tune. For some basic mods like most on these forums have, yea he may be OK, but from all the fastest rams in the nation , not one of them use him. Go over to nadodge to for some more performance minded insight

Good luck with that , when your afr's are as rich as they can possibly get, he will leave you hanging and in a lot of cases, slower than stock lol. I wouldn't let the guy touch my truck with a 10 foot stick..... Talk to jmak on nadodge and dodgetalk , great guy and can help revise your tune. Has TONS of experience with these trucks and is worth a shot
