most likely its seized up. it would require boring out the cylindars

Overheated = cracked heads, burnt headgasket, seized engine cause of fluid...etc...

Wouldnt be a bad core for a stroker motor though....

Core motor, offer him $500. You really don't know what all is rebuildable.
