I have a 2003 ram 1500 Hemi and lately when I’ve been sitting in it for a while white smoke comes out my tips, depending on how long I’m there. You can’t see it at idle but as soon as you hit the gas a lot comes out, I’m trying to figure this out but I can’t put my finger on it, any clues? Thanks.

That is sign of worn valve stem seals, normally.

Have you checked if there was oil or exhaust gases present in the antifreeze? Or antifreeze in the oil. White smoke is a usual indication of a blown head gasket.
