Question about truck / headers

I recently installed a flowmaster on my truck.

My question is:

What would be the smartest route to take for my next upgrade?
Exhaust Headers or a Cold Air Intake?

3.7.........tuner. I think Hemifever has worked some magic with those 6s.

One of my '04 3.7 Ram customers has these mods. He dyno'd 210 tq and 182 hp. I can only tune a select few 3.7's, just depends on your pcm code being in the SCT tuning database "by accident" :)

Taurus e-fan
Magnaflow muffler dual-in single-out (factory y gone)
Jet stream scoop
Fastman TB
JBA headers
