my truck runs really rich, pours black smoke when its running, makes my eyes burn while at a light or stop sign, my o2 sensors are bad, can that cause the smoke?

Yep.. if an O2 sensor goes, IIRC it will automatically run rich to ensure you don't end up melting crap with a lean condition... I'd put money on the O2.

You would probably do good to reset your ECM by disconnecting the battery for a few hrs.. I'm sure someone on here will give the required time to have it disconnected... That'll get the ECM to start relearning the parameters your truck is supposed to run on, versus the messed up ones your O2 was feeding it.

Free bump to the top for the bearing question....

Did the ECM reset sort out your smoking issue?
