I have a 2006 Ram Hemi 5.7 sport 4x4. I recently had my exhaust done for a magnaflow muffler and I installed a K&N intake. After doing the exhaust and intake I noticed when slowly accelerating at around 15-20 mph I hear a clunk towards the passenger rear side of truck almost like someone is smacking a hammer back there. It only clunks when the engine is hot and only one time. It does not clunk when decelerating. I never noticed it making the clunk sound before I did the exhaust system?? Hopefully someone can help me out on this.

Probably the exhaust hitting something. Look and see if it is close to anything. When you accelerate the exhaust will move slightly.

Wouldn't the exhaust hit at all speeds then? It only hits one time around 15-20 mph when it's about to shift. And it usually only clunks when accelerating slow.
