Update:
Took her to the dealer and found that the brain shorted out. Had a used put in. The rough idle, misfires, and having to keep it above 1500 RPMs still there. They told me my motor was blown, *****, it's not the motor. It's the valve springs. Cylinder 2 and 6 are are misfiring and have low compression they told me.
